We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €220.

All Ceancarel products are delivered in a Ceancarel branded dust bag.

Please note that Ceancarel is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders are dispatched from Portugal and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.

Delivery times are approximate and Ceancarel cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

Ceancarel is unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.

Non-European Union orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price, but not Portugal VAT. Therefore, Ceancarel is unable to offer a Portugal VAT refund.

Ceancarel cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.

To avoid confirmation and shipping emails from Ceancarel being delivered to your junk email folder, please ensure that info@ceancarel.com is marked as safe.

Please be advised that due to recent Chinese customs regulations, we highly recommend only one item be purchased per order to avoid delays. Should more than one item be purchased, it is up to the recipient to clear the order at their own cost.
